Mr. Tonmoy is one of Dnet’s innovation drivers. As an innovation driver, he holds the view that innovation means comprehending current issues and bringing solutions that are supported by research. His accomplishments in several ground-breaking initiatives, including RTI online system, 999, missing child alert, mamoni-MNCSP, Amar Dokan, UPPR-UNDP Korail slum project, and many more.

Faiza Tahsin is the Manager of Research and Innovation at Dnet, where she oversees resource mobilization and strategic research initiatives. With six years of experience in the development sector, she has worked with prominent Bangladeshi think tanks and international NGOs, focusing on economics, climate change, and gender. A BRAC University alumna with a background in Development Studies and Economics, Faiza is a published researcher who has collaborated with organizations such as UNICEF Bangladesh and RAPID.

He has an extensive experience in Human Resources and Administrative management. He also has experience in managing Institutional Affairs activities. Strategic human resources planning, talent acquisition, talent development, organizational policy and process development, compensation & benefits, interpersonal relations, organizational culture, and administration management are his core areas of expertise.

Mr. Andalib Bin Haque has been working on innovative service design for 10+ years. He has worked in all phases of planning, designing, implementation, operation & maintenance of projects for diverse industries ranging from telecommunication to development organizations. This experience equips him with cross-functional expertise and a multi-context perspective to solve complex problems and guide the innovation team in designing efficient & innovative solutions.

Mahmud Hasan is a distinguished social entrepreneur, researcher, and storyteller with over 25 years of experience in the ICT4D (Information and Communication Technology for Development), NGO, and private sectors. He is a visionary leader dedicated to exploring sustainable solutions that accelerate growth and empower marginalized communities through technology-driven innovations. Mr. Hasan has served in senior leadership roles across numerous organizations, notably as the Executive Director of Dnet, where he provides strategic vision and leads the design of inclusive governance and climate justice programs. He has a prolific track record of designing groundbreaking initiatives, including Bangladesh's first community ICT centers and the award-winning "Mobile Lady" model for rural women's empowerment. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with prestigious international agencies such as USAID, the World Bank, UNDP, UN Women, and the British Council to drive policy reforms in agriculture, gender equality, and food safety.
