Farha Sharmin has over 16 years of experience as a development practitioner, specializing in project management, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and people management. She is passionate about creating positive social impact through sustainable development. Ms. Farha has successfully led various programs and projects across public health, education, adolescent development, youth and women's empowerment, local rights programs, research, child rights, community mobilization, ICT4D, gender, and disaster management. She has developed numerous training manuals and handbooks and organized and facilitated many national and international training sessions, workshops, and events. Farha has collaborated with organizations such as the U.S. Department of State, British Council, Give2Asia, DFID, UNCDF, and Save the Children International.
