His accomplishments in several ground-breaking initiatives, including RTI online system, 999, missing child alert, mamoni-MNCSP, Amar Dokan, UPPR-UNDP Korail slum project, and many more.

Miss Elma works as an Innovation Driver for Dnet. She brings new ideas to execute activities that will reach the optimum target of a project. Her research-backed knowledge to design solutions, ability to understand the need of the target group, and prior experience help her to build solutions that can be innovative and sustainable.

Experienced research professional with a demonstrated history of working in Social and Behavioral Research, tech-based innovation and solution design. Also, experienced in developing Bayesian, decision tree clustering and regression based machine learning models to design efficient and effective automation process. A supporter of human centric design to build effective sustainable products, and has the ability to design program or product sustainability using core principles of behavioral economics and MAYA framework.

Mr. Andalib Bin Haque has been working on innovative service design for 10+ years. He has worked in all phases of planning, designing, implementation, operation & maintenance of projects for diverse industries ranging from telecommunication to development organizations. This experience equips him with cross-functional expertise and a multi-context perspective to solve complex problems and guide the innovation team in designing efficient & innovative solutions.

M. Shahadat Hossain has spent years studying New Service Development and Service Innovation. He was actively involved in designing new services as part of his marketing consulting work. One of his research areas is service innovation and new service Development.
